Our West Michigan cleaning crew prides themselves on caring for your home as if it were our own.
Our Owners
50Jags and Rags was founded in 2020 to provide a healthy and clean home to families in the greater Grand Rapids area. We currently have 150+ recurring clients and continue to grow due to our amazing staff.
Both Drake and Katie grew up in the West Michigan area, with Drake attending Grandville Public Schools and Katie attending Jenison Public Schools. Both attended GVSU and graduated in 2018 (Drake with a major in Finance and Katie with major in English, with an emphasis in teaching). We currently reside in Jenison with our 2 dogs, Moose and Bella.

Our Team
Macy
- Born and Raised: I was born & raised in Caledonia and I still live in Caledonia.
- Family: I am the second youngest of 5 kids, with 2 brothers and 2 sisters. I like to go to the gym with my boyfriend, Johnny and hanging out with my nieces on the weekends.
- Pets: Johnny and I have 2 cats (Daisy and Rose). My parents have 5 cats and on top of that, the goofiest Great Dane!
- Favorite Room to Clean: My favorite room is the bathroom. No matter how clean or dirty, you can always see the difference.
- Favorite Cleaning Product: Comet is my favorite cleaning product. I love how it works with anything and it makes such a different on everything.
- Favorite Thing About Working at Jags and Rags: I love the team and how everyone always has the best attitudes and the clients are so caring and sweet.
Isabella
- Born and Raised: I grew up in Waterford, MI and moved to Allendale 2 years ago!
- Family: I am an only child, so I am very close with my parents and I loved to spend a lot of time with them!
- Pets: I have 1 dog named Sully that currently lives with my parents.
- Favorite Room to Clean: Kitchens!
- Favorite Cleaning Product: Bar Keepers Friend is my favorite cleaning product. I love how well it cleans kitchen sinks!
- Favorite Thing About Working at Jags and Rags: My coworkers! I love how everyone gets along and makes it a fun environment!
Josie
- Born and Raised: I was born in Grand Rapids, but currently live in Byron Center!
- Family: I am an only child and was adopted, but have always been very close with my parents and love spending time with them!
- Pets: I have 2 pets. <y parents dog named Gracie who is a Shitzu Poodle and my boyfriend and I have a dog named Eddie, who is a silly Boxer!
- Favorite Room to Clean: My favorite room to clean is the kitchen because you can always see a difference as they are used so frequently!
- Favorite Cleaning Product: Dawn because it works on everything and cuts grease and grime really well.
- Favorite Thing About Working at Jags and Rags: The team is so friendly and so fun to work with! Everyone gets along and connects so well!
Monica
- Born and Raised: I’m from Lansing, moved to the west side of the state 3 years ago and fell in love with the area!
- Family: I have a WONDERFUL close-knit family along with my amazing wife Ali, our two kids, and our grandson.
- Pets: Our “like kids” cats Gracie Lou Freebush and Ollie aka “Bubba”!!
- Favorite Room to Clean: My favorite room to clean in a house is the living room, I like creating a calm, beautiful space for clients to sit back and relax!
- Favorite Cleaning Product: Dawn is my favorite product to clean with because it leaves a fresh and clean scent while removing all the nitty gritty.
- Favorite Thing About Working at Jags and Rags: My favorite thing about working for Jags & Rags is the gratifying feeling I get while leaving a client’s home “so fresh n so clean.”
Claire
- Born and Raised: I grew up in Montague, MI and currently live in Grand Rapids. It’s only about an hour north, I loved growing up in such a pretty area right on the water!
- Family: I’m 2nd to youngest out of six kids! I love spending time with my parents, siblings, and my nephews! We all live in different areas so when we can all get together at once it’s great! Currently live with my partner, Justin.
- Pets: I have two cats named Salem and Fritz.
- Favorite Room to Clean: I like cleaning bathrooms; I enjoy working on the details in them.
- Favorite Cleaning Product: My favorite cleaning product is Dawn dish soap! Simple but it’s very versatile!
- Favorite Thing About Working at Jags and Rags: My favorite thing about working at Jags and Rags would be my awesome coworkers! We all work great together. I also love meeting all the sweet animals at our clients houses!
Elise
- Born and Raised: I’ve grown up and still reside in Hudsonville, Michigan. I love the West Michigan community and the many things to do around there!
- Family: I am the third oldest in a family of 4 girls! I enjoy filling my time with going to the gym, spending time with family & friends, and making sweet memories with my boyfriend, Tyler!
- Pets: I unfortunately do not have any pets. However, Tyler’s family has a puppy that’s soooo cute!
- Favorite Room to Clean: My favorite room to clean is the kitchen. I love seeing the countertops sparkle!
- Favorite Cleaning Product: My favorite product to use is Pine-Sol. It gives the floors such a beautiful shine and it smells so clean!
- Favorite Thing About Working at Jags and Rags: I love the people that I get to work with each day, it is such a fun time and has a great team atmosphere. I also enjoy helping our clients feel the satisfaction of having a clean home!
